With number 79, I again went in a completely different direction, the elephant blob.

This comes close to answering the question of how many trunks can one elephant have. I am sure I can push it further, but this was something that had been floating around my head since the start of the creative challenge.

Similar to the oxymoron of a jumbo shrimp, here is the elephant shrimp.

#75 of 100 Elephants: No Trunk

This was an attempt at a visual joke that I did not push far enough. The idea was that the elephant was holding his trunk. After I showed it to people, thinking it was really funny, I realized trunks are bigger. The joke was lost. I will rework this one someday in the future.

I had been working out the specifics of this one for some time. An elephant made of gourds.
