Bow Tie Guy of the Day: Brain in a Jar
I am curating an exhibit in the Quimby Gallery at Lyndon State College called Blank Space. Anyone can bring in a work of art on a 4 x 6 inch of paper, canvas or something and it will be hung. I decided to do some personal experimentation with printing on different types of paper and this is one of the results of an illustration done previously printed on paper from an old book on experiencing art.

Happy Halloween (Days 27-31 of 31 Creature Bow Ties + 1 if you can find it)
Trick or Treating (trik ôr trētiNG)
Included in my final post for the 31 days of Creature Bow Ties is the wolpertin, the Brain in a jar, the Blob, a dragon and a goblin. There is one more as a hidden creature for those that want to look. Technically, I could add a second mystery bow tie guy as well. I hope you enjoy the day. Now it is on to working on the illustrations for this years faculty exhibit.

98 of 100 Bow Ties in 100 Days or Less (Separated)
Brain in a Jar (brān in ā jär)I came into work on Saturday to get some grading done and thought I would also post for the Illustration Friday word “separated.” A bit of a different take on the word the Brain is separated from the rest of the body.
2 left until the 100 are completed. At some point next week I will post the Illustration I completed for the 100 year celebration for Lyndon State College.
