Roadrunner (ˈrōdˌrənər)I lived 5 years in Albuquerque, New Mexico, one of the most beautiful states in the U.S. While there I grew to love the wide variety of desert creatures. I clearly remember the chilly fall day where my father and I went on a hike around the Rio Grande and I saw my first and only roadrunner darting around.
