Weekly Bow Tie Guy

It's been a busy start to the semester and I have been fighting for time to draw. These are two drawings that showed up in my sketch book recently. I am hoping to finish a major personal project by the December. It is coming along slowly.

I was able to illustrate alien plants. What more can be said.

Honk jr Illustration

Just finished the illustration for Vermont Children's Theater's production of Honk Jr. This one came rather fast. I figured the glasses and the bow tie made him look more awkward and like an outcast. I'm still working on the illustration for Cosmic Nightingale. I will post that when it is completed.

Summer Sketching

It's summer again and I have started sketching more. Aside from teaching the On-sight Illustration class, I have been sketching my children as they play their baseball games. This is a quick sketch of my daughter at bat.

Starting New Project

Just got the word from the Vermont Children's Theater. I am starting the work on the posters for this years productions. I'll be illustrating posters for Honk Jr and Cosmic Nightingale. Both of which I am very excited about. I will post things as they develop.
